2013 Sauvignon Blanc from Mendocino
MAVERICKS is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier with a nose of grapefruit, apricot kernels and minerals. This wine has citrus, nectarine and key lime pie flavors allowing it to pair well with many foods, starting with Dungeness crab, scallops, sea bass and fresh trout. Roasted poultry and goat cheese are also welcome companions.
