2020 Central Coast Cabernet Sauvignon

Our Cabernet Sauvignon is hand harvested in small lots and fermented with native yeast. Aged in 20% new French oak barrels for over 2 years with flavors of dark cherry, plum and red licorice and aromas of vanilla, mocha and toasty oak with medium tannins followed by a smooth finish. Our elegant wine pairs well with steaks, roast beef, lamb chops and hearty pasta with sausage in a red sauce. Barrel aged in 20% new French Oak.
