2022 Central Coast Chardonnay
Hand harvested and whole cluster pressed, our Chardonnay delivers crisp flavors and aromas of citrus, pear and pineapple, followed by soft undertones of honey and toasty oak on the finish. Our wine is 50% barrel fermented in 25% new French oak with 50% malolactic fermentation. A perfect wine for anytime, enjoy with shellfish, salmon, poultry, veal or pasta with a white sauce.
