Aromas and flavors of cherry, strawberry and ripe watermelon melon rind with rose petal floral notes.  Light body with bright acidity followed by a lingering red fruit finish. Pairs well with salads, shellfish, cheese, chicken or burgers.
Stainless steel fermented and aged.
