2024 Chardonnay from Monterey
Hand harvested and whole cluster pressed, our Chardonnay delivers flavors and aromas of citrus, pear and pineapple, followed by soft undertones of honey and toasty oak on the finish. A perfect wine for anytime, enjoy with shellfish, salmon, poultry, veal or pasta with a white sauce. Our wine is 50% barrel fermented and aged in 3 year old French oak barrels with 50% malolactic fermentation and 50% stainless steel for 12 months.
