This award-winning wine is a Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier blend from Redwood Valley, Mendocino. Blending in a dash of Viognier imparts a distinctive peach-kernel-and-lychee-fruit nose to the crisp, exuberant pink-grapefruit essence of the Sauvignon Blanc resulting in a succulent and mouthwatering wine. It pairs wonderfully with Dungeness crab, salmon, pastas, poultry, cheeses, and vegetarian entrées.
